What does "made to order" mean?

Every Kairo Apparel piece is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. We don't hold pre-made inventory — your item is produced from scratch, ensuring a higher standard of quality and intentionality in every piece.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 3–4 weeks (up to 28 days) from your purchase date for production and delivery. We know that's longer than fast fashion — but great things take time. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product has its own dedicated size chart — we strongly recommend consulting it before placing your order. You can find the size chart link on every product page. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every piece is crafted specifically for you, all sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We recommend carefully reviewing the size chart before ordering.

If you selected the wrong size or colour, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our contact page with your order number and details. You may be eligible for up to 100% store credit.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. You'll receive a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we're unable to accommodate cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your size and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries across North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary by region. All orders include Standard shipping, with Express available in select regions.

Will I be charged duties or customs fees?

No — you won't be charged any additional duties or customs fees. All applicable costs are covered, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
